WORDS FROM OUR QUILTER
We want you to know we NEVER put marks on your quilt tops. We don't use pens, markers, or chalk on your quilt. Our system does not require it. Some people like to use those water soluable markers but we do not.
Some very interesting quilts have come to us with "personality quirks" that make it difficult if not impossible to quilt them. Any quilt we get must have even measurements on top and bottom. Also, sides must measure the same. If a quilt is not squared up we cannot make it so by our quilting. If your quilt has pleats in it when we get it they will be there when you get it back.
In other words, much as we might like to, we can't take apart and fix any flaws that are in the quilt when we get it. If, by chance, we create a problem, we will fix it. Our un-sewer works quite well. We tell you this because we want you to have a beautiful creation when your quilt is finished.
